SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping Policy and Product Warranty
- The company will only ship products after verifying that payment has been made successfully.
- The company arranges for one shipment per day before 2:00 pm, except on government holidays and public holidays. Orders that confirm payment on the same day will be shipped on the next business day. However, if it is not possible to ship on that day, the company reserves the right to ship on the next business day or as agreed upon with the buyer.
Shipping Methods
- Products will be shipped via registered mail or EMS with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. or Flash Express. Products are normally expected to arrive at their destination the following day for addresses in Bangkok and within 1-2 days for addresses in other provinces. In the event that the product does not arrive within 1-2 days, please contact the destination post office at the address provided.
Responsibility for Shipping
- The company reserves the right to delay shipping by up to three business days and will notify the customer of any such delay.
- The company is responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, including both the product and shipping costs.
- In the event that the product is returned to the company due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping once again.
Return/Exchange of Goods
In order to provide you with the highest level of satisfaction, please inspect the goods upon receipt. If you find any errors caused by the company, you can return or exchange the goods with the following steps:
- Please contact the company to report the return of goods within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- Send the goods back to the company via a channel that can be tracked, such as EMS by Thailand Post which the company will be responsible for the shipping costs (return with the product).
- The goods that are sent back to the company must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- When the company receives and verifies the error that was reported, they will return the cost of the goods and the shipping costs, or exchange the goods as agreed upon by the buyer and the company.
For returns or exchanges of goods, please contact the customer service at 02-234-1198 on Monday-Friday from 09.30-17.00 hrs. except public holidays.
Return/Exchange Conditions
- The company reserves the right to refund the cost of the goods in the case of manufacturer defects or incorrect deliveries. The company will deliver the new goods as ordered and take responsibility for the delivery.
- The company will only exchange goods for the same model. If the item is out of stock, the company will refund the cost or offer a similar product.
- The company will refund the cost of the goods, including shipping fees (within 3 days), only into the bank account under the buyer’s name.
Cancelling an Order
- If you need to cancel your order before we ship it on the following day after confirming the purchase, please contact our company at 02-234-1198 from 9:30-11:30 am, except for national holidays. There will be no cancellation fee. However, if the product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order, and you will be responsible for the product and shipping costs.
- Our company reserves the right to cancel orders placed through the website if errors occur due to typographical errors or unexpected errors resulting from incorrect product listings on the website (such as incorrect prices or descriptions). If the order is cancelled and our company has already received payment, we will refund the full amount of the purchase (and shipping costs, if applicable) within three business days. We will contact you via phone or email provided during the purchase.
